    The Total Turn-Key Investment for a NEW St. Louis Bar and Grill of 2500-3500 square feet ranges anywhere from $750,000 – $850,000
  • The Minimum Unencumbered Cash Investment Required from the Franchisee is $350,000
  • We will consider ‘Restaurant Conversion or Retrofit’ opportunities which in some cases results in a lower than average total turn-key investment
