There are two schools of thought on when and where this classic cocktail was invented. One version is that it was invented in 1972 on Long Island, the second is that it was created in the 1920’s during prohibition. (The prohibition story is that it was created in the community of Long Island in Kingsport, Tennessee). Here is our line up of the original classic and his delicious cousins.
