What began as a neighbourhood sports bar swiftly captured hearts with our signature wings, ribs, and garlic dill sauce. Over the decades, we have expanded to more than 75 locations from coast to coast, built on our dedication to great food, great service and a welcoming atmosphere that cuts across provinces. 

Strategic Ownership and Growth Investment
In late 2022 Aegis Brands acquired St. Louis Bar & Grill for $50 million, cementing our path to expand further by leveraging shared expertise and financial strength. Aegis remains committed to allowing the brand to operate independently while providing resources to fuel growth. 

Modernized Brand Identity Sets the Stage for Expansion
In early 2024 we enlisted creative agency Taxi to redefine our visual brand and identity, positioning St. Louis Bar & Grill to stand out in a crowded casual-dining landscape. This rebranding coincided with our renewed push into new markets. 

Rapid Momentum in New Markets
We continue to grow in both existing and new regions. In December 2024 we opened three locations in the Greater Toronto Area, including Thornhill, midtown Toronto and Burlington. These openings used our “second-generation” strategy by converting existing properties, resulting in faster launches, lower building costs and improved returns for franchisees.

Summer 2025 brought further expansion with brand-new locations in Oakville, Ontario and New Minas, Nova Scotia, and a refreshed re-opening in Newmarket, Ontario. Each features our modernized design, renewed menu and stronger guest experience.

Our operational systems, menu development and supply chain processes have been refined over decades, making them replicable across diverse locations.
